What would you like to know about Puzzle Culture?

How often will I get Quarterly Edition my box?

As a member of Puzzle Culture you will receive a box four (4) times a year.  When you sign up will determine what your next box will be.  To be eligible for the current season's box you must sign up before the cut off dates (or before the box sells out):

Summer Box: Subscribe by July 25th; shipping June/July

Fall Box: Subscribe by October 25th; shipping September/October

Winter Box: Subscribe by January 25th; shipping December/January

Spring Box: Subscribe by April 25th; shipping March/April

What is the difference between the Seasonal and Annual Subscriptions?

When you sign up for the Seasonal subscription,  you will pay $34.99* per box for each season.  Your subscription will automatically renew each season unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date.  You may upgrade to an Annual subscription at anytime. When you sign up for an Annual subscription, you will pay $124.99* ($31.25 each box) upfront for your first 4 boxes.  Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your annual term unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date.  

Annual subscribers get special perks such as first round shipping when boxes go out, exclusive discounts and offers as well as occasional surprise extras.

How do the Add-Ons work?

New subscribers have the option to choose from a selection of individual items to add-on to their subscription.  These items will only be included in the first box purchased.  You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for Add-ons. 

Some Add-ons may be shipped directly from the vendor; those would not be included inside the Puzzle Culture subscription box.  

When do the Monthly Edition boxes ship?

We are launching our Monthly Subscription Box Fall 2021!  Preorders for the monthly boxes are being taken now through September!  The first Monthly Edition box will ship out in October.

Following that, all new subscribers that sign up on or before the 14th of every month will receive their first box by the end of that month.  All new subscribers that sign up on the 15th or after will a receive their first box the following month.

Regular subscribers should expect their boxes to ship out the week following the 15th of the month.

What's in the box?

All boxes receive a 5x7 print card of the puzzle artwork along with a list of contents and a puzzle challenge.

Quarterly Boxes - A high quality 1000-piece puzzle will be in every box.    We also include 3-5 fun items that will go with the theme of the puzzle or will be related to puzzling culture in some way.  

Monthly Boxes - A high quality 500-piece puzzle will be in every box along with 2-3 themed gifts.

Annual subscribers will also receive occasional bonus gifts (these are not available for every box). 

We hand pick every item that goes into each box to ensure you are delighted with every package.  Our puzzles are made from partially recycled materials and include a reusable fabric bag.  All of our boxes are gender-neutral in both the puzzle and the gifts.

When will I know the theme of my next box?

We will post hints about the theme on our social media pages about a month or two before we are ready to ship.  If you are on our email  list, we will send you some exclusive insights to the box before anyone else.  The box theme will be fully revealed before we cut off orders. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time, we also offer shipping on our shubscription boxes to Canada.  Shipping costs to Canada are $40 a box.  We are working to get costs down and open up shipping to more countries.  We will update as often as we can. 

We do not offer international shipping on products from our Shop.
